Shipping

All orders ship from Jersey City, NJ within 3 business days. From order to your door, most US orders arrive within 7 business days. US shipping is free on orders over $35; below that, rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns and Issues

Because our cards are made to be planted, we keep things simple. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, email a photo to hello@linurastudio.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. No need to mail anything back.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned, but if anything arrives damaged we will always make it right.
