How do I plant my seed card?

Soak the card in water for up to 24 hours, then tear it into a few pieces and lay them on top of soil in a pot or garden bed. Cover with a thin layer of soil, about 1/8 inch. Water gently and keep the soil moist. Sprouts usually appear within 1 to 6 weeks.

What flowers will the card grow?

Our cards are embedded with wildflower seed mixes that vary by design, including daisies, poppies, chamomile, wild thyme, Clarkia, and Black-eyed Susan. All seeds are non-invasive in North America and loved by pollinators.

When is the best time to plant?

Spring and early summer are ideal, after the last frost. You can also start the card indoors in a pot any time of year and move it outside when the weather warms up.

How long can I keep the card before planting it?

Stored flat in a cool, dry place, the seeds stay viable for up to 2 years.

Can I write on the card with a regular pen?

Yes. Ballpoint, gel, and pencil all work well and do not affect the seeds. We suggest avoiding heavy markers that soak through.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?

How fast is shipping?

Orders ship from Jersey City, NJ within 3 business days, and most US orders arrive within 7 business days of purchase. US shipping is free on orders over $35.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us a photo at hello@linurastudio.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you. No need to mail anything back.

Are the seeds safe around pets and kids?

The card is just paper and seeds, nothing else. As with any plant, we suggest keeping sprouting pots out of reach of curious pets and toddlers.
