Processing time Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase, Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates and delivery We ship from New Jersey via USPS. US shipping is free on orders over $35. Below $35, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Most US orders arrive within 7 business days of shipping.

International shipping We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email hello@linurastudio.com with your order number and we will file a claim and send a replacement or refund.

Custom orders Custom favors and personalized items have their own timeline, typically 3 to 4 weeks from proof approval. Local delivery and pickup in New Jersey and New York City are available for custom orders.
