Little Cottage | Plantable Christmas Card

A small house with a red roof, smoke from the chimney, two pine trees and a scatter of snow. Merry Christmas, from our home to yours. Deep green ink with a touch of red.

Printed on handmade seed paper, 100% recycled cotton embedded with sweet alyssum, baby's breath and ice plant seeds. Send it in December, and once the holidays are over it can be torn up, soaked overnight, pressed into soil and planted in spring. Sprouts appear in two to eight weeks. The back of every card carries the planting steps.

• Folded A6 card, 4.125 × 6 in, blank inside
• Kraft envelope included
• Light ink coverage so the seeds stay viable
• Designed and printed in small batches by Linura Studio

New to seed paper? Here is how to plant it so it really grows. We also wrote about sending plantable cards for the holidays. Any six cards from our own line are $38 and any eight are $45, applied automatically at checkout. See the whole line.
